When we first found this cosy space in Ruthin, the idea took root somewhere between sips of Chablis and daydreams of Paris at dusk. It was decided—JACQUES would be a little slice of France, where good wine flows, jazz hums, and bistro classics reign. With ‘French’ and ‘bistro’ in the mix, the menu practically wrote itself.

It felt only natural to create a space where Châteauneuf-du-Pape sits comfortably beside a 1664 Blanc, and where sharing a bottle can turn a meal into a memory.
